This document, our Privacy Policy and the other documents that we reference below make up what we officially call our Terms of Use (the “Terms” for short).

Your Tastok Account

To take full advantage of our Services, you’ll need to create an account with Tastok. We rely on commonly used third party authentication such as Facebook and Google accounts for registration and accept the information as-is. Unless we receive credible information that we can identify a minor. We provide basic services to the unregistered user where we do not collect personal information.

Posting Content

Tastok provide facilities to registered users to post content on the site. By posting your Content using our Services, you are granting Tastok a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use your Content in connection with the operation of the Services, including, without limitation, the license rights to copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Content, and/or to incorporate it into a collective work.

You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise make available any content that is not food and beverage related. You also agree that you will not knowingly and with intent to defraud provide misleading false information. You represent and warrant also that the content you supply does not violate these Terms, and that you will indemnify and hold Tastok harmless for any and all claims resulting from content you supply. Users may flag any violating content and Tastok may review and take proper actions, including but not limited to deletion of the content, issuing of warning and termination of accounts to restrict usage of the site.

You agree and acknowledge that the limitations and exclusions of liability and warranty provided in these terms of use are fair and reasonable. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tastok (as well as their officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns) from and against any third party claims, actions or demands (including, without limitation, costs, damages and reasonable legal and accounting fees) alleging or resulting from, or in connection with your use of this Service or your breach of these Terms of Use.

Compliance with Law

You agree to use the Tastok Service in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall take no actions which would cause Tastok to be in violation of any laws, rulings or regulations applicable to Tastok.

Updating these Terms of Use and the Service

Without specific notice to you, Tastok may change, supplement, delete or update any portion of the Service; or establish or change, at any time, general practices and limits concerning our products and services. Tastok will post any changes to the Terms on site. Your continued use of the Tastok Service signifies your acceptance of any revised Terms of Use.

Termination

You agree that Tastok, in its sole discretion, may terminate or suspend your use of the Tastok Service and Tastok Content at any time regardless of whether the Tastok Service remains accessible by others. Tastok may discontinue the Tastok Service at any time without liability to you. Upon termination of the license, you shall cease all use of the Tastok Service.
